Use Mulethi Face Packs To Get Rid Of Dark Spots And Pigmentation

When it comes to skincare, we want to use products that are mild and have no side effects. So, it really is time to say good-bye to those chemical laden products. Not only does it hamper the quality of the skin, but can also cause serious skin damage if used frequently.

If you want to opt for natural products to fight skin woes like dark spots and pigmentation, use an Ayurvedic ingredient, mulethi. Also known as licorice root in English, it is packed with anti-bacterial properties. You can use mulethi face packs for radiant and glowing skin.

Why should you use mulethi face packs?

It is one of the most most perferred ingredients that is used to clear skin woes. You can use mulethu face packs to get rid of dark spots and pigmentation. No matter what your skin type is, you can make a mulethi face masks with additional ingredients and use them for skin that glows.

Mulethi & Sandalwood Face Pack For Sensitive Skin

Sensitive skin can be a tad oily, more prone to breakouts, acne and inflammation. Using chemical alternatives can have adverse reactions and it is recommended that people with sensitive skin opt for calming and soothing ingredients in their skin care regime.

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon of mulethi powder
½ Tablespoon of sandalwood powder
2 Tablespoons of raw milk

Getting the face-pack ready

In a dry bowl add the mulethi and sandalwood poder and mix it.Add the raw milk to make a paste. You can also opt for pure aloe vera gel if you want to make a paste. Use a brush or a wooden spoon to make the paste. Apply an even layer on your face and neck using your finger tips.
Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash off with cool water. You’ll need to use this pack at least twice a week for best results.

Mulethi face masks

Orange & Mulethi Face Pack For Oily Skin

People with oily skin needs something that can remove spots caused by pimples and grease on the face. They also need to use ingredients that can reduce the excess oils and keep the face looking fresh and radiant. Lemon and oranges are known to be skin lighthening ingredients and it is packed with Vit C, that helps to reduce the production of excess oils.

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon of mulethi powder
1 Tsp of powdered orange peel
1 Tablespoon of lemon juice or 2 drops of lemon essential oil

Getting the face-pack ready

Mix all the ingredients together to form a runny paste. If the paste is thick, you can add dome aloe vera gel to make it thinner. Use a brush or a wooden spoon to make the paste. Apply an even layer on your face and neck using your finger tips. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash off with cool water if you are using it as a pack. To use as a scrub, let this pack get half dry and wet the pack and massage in circular motions to exfoliate dead skin. Wash off with cold water. You’ll need to use this pack at least twice a week for best results.

Mulethi, Lavender And Aloe Vera Face Pack For Combination Skin

I have a combination skin and I use this pack at least once in 15 days to ensure radiant skin. I tend to have freckles and pigmentations rise when I am stressed or have long working hours. This is my go-to pack to calm my skin. A combination skin is a combination of oily and dry skin and this mask is likely to solve your skin woes.

Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon each off mulethi powder, aloevera gel and apple cider vinegar

Getting the face-pack ready

Mix all the ingredients together to form a paste. I like my masks a bit runny so if this is a bit on the thicker side, I add a few drops of pure distilled rose water to it. After cleansing my face with a mild facewash, I apply this on the face and neck and let it dry completely. Wash it off with cold water. You can use this mask thrice a week if your skin is more oily.

Honey, Cinnamon, Bowl, Bee Honey, Food For My Health

Mulethi, Honey Face Pack For Normal Skin

Blessed are those with normal skin! I wonder how it feels to not have any skin woes! Even people with normal skin need some pampering and this basic mulethi face pack is good to restore skin radiance at regular intervals.

Ingredients

2 Tablespoon of mulethi powder
1 Tablespoon of organic honey
1 Teaspoon of rose water

Getting the face-pack ready

Mix all the ingredients together to form a paste. Apply this on the face and neck and let it dry completely. Wash it off with cold water. You can use this mask once a week to keep it hydrated and nourished. Use a face spritz instead of a moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated.
