Post my pregnancy, one of the problems that has really stayed on is hair fall. Opt for DIY solutions

When in doubt, resort to DIY remedies. These are tried and tested remedies and the best part is that you are aware of what you are using.  Have you tried the easy peasy fenugreek pack that works wonders for your hair? All you need to do is soak 4 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water overnight and grind it to a smooth paste the next morning. You can adjust the consistency of the  paste by adding more water. Apply this mask on the scalp and your hair and let it stay for 30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water before using a mild shampoo and conditioner. You can also try this awesome mask that will leave your hair shiny and healthy.

Eat right

Yes, the food you eat are a major contributor to your hair loss. Eating the right kind of food rich in proteins and vitamins will nourish your hair internally as well. Spinach, eggs, oats, carrots, walnuts and lentils are some of the foods that you need to include in your diet to ensure awesome tresses. Unhealthy eating habits often reflect on the skin and hair making them look dull and listless. Avoid eating fried food and junk food.

These easy tips for hair fall control will reduce the intensity of your hairfall with prolonged use.  What are your tips to combat hair fall?

Try the hibiscus and curd mask too. One hibiscus + 2 tbsp thick curd. Make a paste. Apply and keep for 30 minutes then wash.
