There is a sudden surge of online organic e-retail stores in India because people are getting more conscious about what is good and what is not. A, a follower of my blog introduced me to Ecotokri and I had to reach out to you all to introduce this awesome e-retail store that offers one of the widest range of green, eco-friendly and ethical products. As the name suggests, this organic e-retail store is a basket of many products and with the brands it has to offer, I would certainly list this as one of the best online shopping sites in India.
The category list
What caught my eye was a category called the 100 off deals, which offers a complete solution kit at INR 100 off. So if you are looking a package for skin care or a hair care routine, you need to watch out for this space. You can indulge in organic food shopping online from the food and beverages section. Right from cereal, pulses, pickles and juices, the list is endless. They have a home appliances section too where you can pick up fans, water heaters and other appliances that consume less energy. This is one of the few websites I have seen that offers green technology solutions too that one can consider for their home.
You also have the usual bath and body range where you can pick up some awesome body washes, soaps, organic make up to name a few. Fashion is another category that looks promising. This category has a combination of clothing, ornaments , purses and clutch bags and organic cosmetics. So if you are a fan of the SoulTree Kajals and lipsticks, then head here. Available in a variety of vibrant colours, this should be a must have if you love to enhance the look of your eyes and lips. I love the kiddie section in this website, they have some awesome things that you can pick up for gifting purposes too. I wished they had some clothes for kids as well because I was looking picking up some organic tees for my boys and they had none there, in fact the whole section was empty.

Summing up my experience
Ease of navigation – 4.5/5 – The categorisation is simple, but the repetition of parts of the same menu on the left side is a tad confusing. I could not understand why the same categories and drop downs were.
Customer Service: 3.5/5 – There is nothing more frustrating than not being updated about your order status. The parcel was dispatched on 3rd of Sep and it reached me on 10th Sep, a full week later. If the delay wasn’t enough, there was a missing item in it. Now at least the first issue did not worry me. A delay up to a week is fine with me, but a customer care not getting back to you with the order status is something that irks me to no end. I have seen a lot of e-retail stores do this. They ship out your goods as partial shipments and don’t even tell you about it till you enquire. Just a suggestion here is that if there is a scenario of partial shipment, I think it is really important for the customer to be aware of it. This way you are also likely to have less irate customers.
Billing 5/5: The billing is hassle free and what is also important is that they don’t have a high cart value and they offer free shipping all over India on orders over INR 300. When you get the order confirmation, you are give the option to choose an e-invoice. When you choose that, you don’t receive a physical invoice copy with the shipment.
Packaging and Delivery – 4/5 – My package was delivered in a week and the one point deduction is for that. I won’t deduct any marks for the packaging and all the products were packed in newspaper and there were no traces of excess packaging.
Recommended ? – 5/5 – Yes! Totally! I love the range of products that they have to offer. The cart value is not high either which is a major plus point. Apart from the tried and tested brands what I love is the technology section which offers some excellent home appliances.
I’d wrap up by saying that Ecotokri, the organic e-retail store lives up to its name by actually offering you a complete basket of organic and natural products under one roof. Stop by and shop here, you will be back!

Good to see that you had a good experience with ecotokri. It is surely one of the best organic sites. The best thing about this organic junction is that it abides by the claims that it makes ( keeping only genuine organic stuff). In contrast you’ll find many organic stores that make tall claims , but keep the chemical based stuff as well. So authenticity and reliability are its merits for sure. And yes , the range is narrow at present , but not a single brand out of the whole lot is objectionable , which is truly commendable because one can blindly purchase anything ( and you will not be disappointed with the quality ) .
Also they are responsive , when it comes to any issue.
I guess there must have been some communication gap , that delayed your order . Iam saying so because I have always found their team cooperative and have never had a late parcel.
Missing article , yes I also have experienced it once. So I can understand how inconvenient it becomes. But then that item was delivered within a short span of time ( a day or two ). Sometimes such issues happen , so its okay. But yes , they should not be repeatitive in nature. I am glad it did not happen again !

Loved this site, will be definitely ordering some stuff from here, especially as I see they pack in eco friendly way. I buy these brands from other places and the packaging is just outrageous. Do they ship pan India? Many of my clients keep asking for availability of good quality whole foods that I suggest to them and ecotokri can be useful.

I use the Mashaka variant from Omved, I prefer that. I tried using the eco sticks again, but it triggered a cough, so I just let it be, I guess it has not suited me.

Thanks! My fault that I assumed it was a flat off. It is mentioned that it is not valid on F&B items in the ad too. That was a major RA haul! I used the eco sticks and it triggered off a cough that is yet to go! 🙁

Btw when I use an ecostick , I light it and keep it in the room with the door open. The smoke may get into your eyes and irritate , so ventilation becomes very much necessary with it. But yes I was told by Nirvaaha that this smoke is very good for our lungs.
I always purchase Nirvaaha Eco sticks , however next time Iam planning to try vitro naturals’ mosquito repellant body gel and its spray for room( if ingredients seem fine ) along with the eco sticks 😀
I had a major coughing bout that has lasted 3 weeks. I am not sure if that was the cause or it was the weather. I’ll try burning another one when I am well and keep my fingers crossed. If it works, then it is awesome, nahi to I’ll give it away.
Yea if its irritating you in any form ,then definitely you should discontinue. Infact I also make sure that while using it I keep doors and windows open , because otherwise it becomes very suffocating. I guess , if it doesn’t suit you , then you could try vitro naturals spray . I suppose , it’s non irritating and all natural .
It was lit in the kitchen and the windows were open. I’ll try one stick, if it triggers an allergy, then bye it is! I’ll stick to my dhoops 🙂
Hi Prats. I landed on ecotokri while surfing the internet and was really excited ti find out a single shop for all my needs. I ordered sunflower wax from them. As you already said.. no updates on the shipment. I even called them but the number doesn’t exist which really got me???? and then i mailed them and ofcourse they didn’t reply. I had my product delivered today and i found out it isn’t sealed properly just a foil wrapped up. And i don’t know if sunflower wax really smells that bad (which i can tolerate if the product is legit!) .
Anubhuti, I’d say ask for a refund! Play it safe.
