If you want to increase breast milk production with cinnamon mix a pinch of cinnamon with a cup of warm milk and drink it before you sleep. Another alternative is to mix a pinch of cinnamon powder with half a teaspoon of honey.
2. Shatavari
Shatavari is a common Indian herb that has been used increase breast milk production since many years. Mix two teaspoons of shatavari powder in warm milk and consume immediately. 5. Fennel Seeds
Fennel seeds not only help to increase breast milk production, but they also help the baby to digest the milk better and prevent colic. Add one tablespoon of fennel seeds in hot water and cover the cup. Let the seeds steep in the water for about 20 minutes. Strain the solution and consume. Drink it twice a day for best results.

8. Carrot and Beetroot
Carrots and beets are rich in beta-carotene that helps to increase the supply of breast milk. Beat-carotene is also usefil for the overall growth of newborn babies.
