Healing benefits of cinnamon and honey
Let’s start with cinnamon, this is one of my favourite spices and I love to use it in my cooking. Curries, fragrant rice, this is a must have spice in my kitchen. I wasn’t aware of its healing properties till a chance read of a post made me aware of the benefits it had.
