The Sleeping Pack by Etude House

Etude House - Sleeping Pack

Etude House – Sleeping Pack

I’d never heard of Etude House till my friend called my from Singapore telling about the awesomeness of the products they have. Etude House is a South Korean Brand and my google search reveals that it is not available *easily* in India. So, if you are headed towards any of the other Asian Countries and you happen to spot this brand, stop by and give it a try. And you may just get these in those upmarket beauty stores in metros.

So this friend of mine parcelled a Sleeping Pack for combination skin and loads of other samples that I could try. Because the Sleeping Pack came with a very high recommendation and here I am reviewing it 🙂 Thanks Hyacie!

The fragrance of this mask is so familiar but I just can’t place where I have smelt this before. It is a runny liquid that gets absorbed really quickly into your skin. It acts like a moisturizer keeping your skin soft.

Why is this mask different from the others that are available?

  • You can use this everyday in comparison to other masks that can be used not more than twice a week.
  • You can leave this mask on overnight as you sleep in comparison to others that need to washed off with a few minutes.
  • Your skin does not feel dry or itchy because this mask acts like a moisturizer

This mask reduces the oiliness in the Tzone areas drastically and hydrates your skin all through the time that it is applied. It is basically providing nourishment to your skin. I did notice that my skin was hydrated and the normal T zone oiliness was missing on the nights I slept with the mask on.  I’ve used this for a week now and initially I did not notice any difference but a few days later I did notice that my skin was really looking fresh and visibly clear in the mornings.

Ingredients

Refer to the pic on the right. Most of the content is in Korean and the ingredients list on the cover was a life saver. I knew what my skin was absorbing! This is not a paraben free product.

How to use

After facial  cleansing apply this pack to face before bedtime. Leave it overnight. Wash your face in the morning.

I typically follow it up with a scrub twice a week and an ubtan/mild face wash the rest of the days.

Price and shelf life

This is a 120 ml tube and I think the shelf life is 3 years. I am not very sure because I could just get to read the “Expires in” date.  This is roughly 600 INR.

A re-buy is out of the question because of its availability 🙂

Have you used any of the Etude House products as yet?
