Have you ever had a hunch about something? Almost like a gut feeling that was like a driving force enabling you to decide. Intuition is a personal experience. That is your intuition. Some people may be highly intuitive, while others may not be. Even if you are not someone who experiences the buzz that calls out to you, the good news is that you can still tap into your intuition.
Your intuition is an inner voice calling from deep within, guiding you to make decisions and fulfill your purpose. It’s a way of knowing something without knowing exactly how you know it.
Sounds confusing?
Let me tell you that all you need is a little bit of practice and consistency that can help you tune into your gut feel or intuition.

Why don’t you spend some time with yourself. When you start, you will have a zillion thoughts that race through the mind. More often than not I would be having my to-do lists floating in front of me or I would be thinking what should I cook or worse, when does this time end so that I can get back to work! As time passes by, you will notice a certain calmness and things will fall in place.
