This product** is from the Earthborne Range of The Nature’s Co. I’ve used the Coffee Scrub by the same range which is absolutely fantastic. This face wash was sent along with the Sandalwood cleanser cum conditioner for a review. The texture of the face wash is neither thick nor runny. The product says that it is suitable for all skin types, but I have not experienced so. I have a combination skin with an oily T Zone and I find my face quite dry and stretchy post the usage. I need to use a moisturizer almost immediately after I have used it. I do love the lingering fragrance of sandalwood that last for quite a while.
Price and Shelf Life
This 125 ml tube of face wash is priced at Rs. 395 and has a shelf life of 18 months.
Where can I buy this?
I got this from the PR for a review. Click here to buy it from the Nature’s Co Store.
Note: My online shopping experience has not been that great with the Nature’s Co from their online store. I prefer to shop at their store which is located in Phoenix Mall in Pune. For some strange reason when I order online, I need to pay an octroi for over and above the payment when the delivery is made. This is a big minus point. I have no idea if this issue has already been resolved though.
Other websites where you can purchase this is Jabong. Click here to view the range in Jabong.
Will I recommend this?
Not for people with dry skin, because it may just tend to dry your skin further. I would keep this for the summer and not the winter for my skin type. If it dries out the skin, this may suit people with oily skin. I have stashed this away for the summer after using it in the winter. I can’t say about the radiant glow that it is supposed to give, but I can vouch for the purifying bit. My skin did feel softer post the usage. I’ll consider a re-purchase only after I have used this is the summer.

Nice post ! 🙂 well the brand profile is quite impressive but ” natural preservatives” is again something very ambiguous. Could you please elaborate ?
Prats says
I have the info in the mails will search and let you know soon!
Anjali Pant says
okie ! 🙂
Anjali Pant says
Hey did you get to know about the ingredient list ? Btw , greenngood has added their products ! 🙂
Prats says
yes I did. this is what I was told
“We use natural preservative that are derived from natural sources like Potassium Sorbate and Benzyl Alcohol in our products.”
Anjali Pant says
But potassium sorbate is a synthetic preservative ( definitely better than what others add ) as far as I rem. I’ll do a search again. So its confirm that nothing like SLES/ALS , glycols , EDTA , TEA/DEA has been added right ?
Prats says
That is what I was told when I asked for the list. 🙂
Prats says
I had read in a comment somewhere that their shampoos are not SLS free, only a small amount is added.
Prats says
The ingredient list why I love the face washes from Omved, I am on the second bottle of the face wash now and I swear that nothing else has suited me as good as the Deep Facial Cleanser. Expensive yes, but it last almost 2 months.
Anjali Pant says
That is true , Omved really has a classy range , and the best part is that they are transparent about their composition , BUT phenoxyethanol 🙁 I wish they substitute it with something else. Well , I’ll do a reasearch again on phenoxy :-p
Anjali Pant says
Oh ! Then if they add SLES in their shampoos , then there is a possibility that they add SLES in their face washes as well. I’ll do a cross verification with them . Anyways thank you so much , your blog always helps me with everything. Thanks again ! 😀
