Rustic Art has its own laundry range which consists of washing powders for normal clothes and baby clothes. I picked up the Power Laundry Detergent from Beaute Naturelle, the eco boutique. You also get a bar vairant in this, but since I use a washing machine to wash my laundry, I chose the washing powder. This is a neutralized washing powder that comes with its own advantages.
Detergents are one of the commonly used things in our daily life. And when you have a neutralized detergent that allows you to indulge in green living, you get to to do your bit to conserve the nature.This has a very mild fragrance and chances are that it wont leave any traces of the fragrance on your clothes. But then if it cleans your clothes well, the fragrance takes a back seat. I’ve been using this for the past 3 weeks and I need to add that it cleans my clothes at par with the normal detergent that is available in the market. I am quite satisfied with this product. I did think it was expensive when I first saw it, but now that I have used it, I am quite sure that I will be making a second purchase!
So why should I buy a half kg pack that is more expensive than a normal 1 kg detergent?

Will I recommend this?
Absolutely yes! It is a tad expensive when compared to the regular detergents available in the maket, but the fact that it is eco friendly and organic gets it the brownie poiints.
Usage Directions
Use 2 tablespoons per regular load. I use roughly one and a half heaped handful of this detergent for aregular load.

Great review Pratibha. I am really leaning towards getting the rustic art laundry powder. Does it work well on collar stains for Men’s shirts too? I am having a “Lalita ji” moment, worrying about the grease on collars. LOL.

Thanks! My husbands shirts don’t get dirty at all! So I don’t get collar stains. But I must say that it has been effective in getting rid of the sauce and jam stains from my kids clothes. Try soaking it for a while before you wash. I am also using SA8 by Amway and I found the results of both these products the same. Try the Rustic Art Laundry, it is really good.

I have used this for a long time and I know for certain that this does not foam and the water you soak the clothes in can be used to water the plants. I have checked with the people at Rustic Art too
