I was recently sent the Relaxing Deep Tissue Massage Balm by The Natures Co, one of their new launches from the Foressence range. Since this a Mom & Baby focus month, I am going to showcase some of the best natural and organic products we have in India that are safe to use by pregnant and new mums.
I have been using their products for a while now. Their coffee scrub remains my favourite scrub till date and the collection of body butters is elixir for dry skin! The Relaxing Deep Tissue Massage Balm promises a really good massage reaching to the layers within the skin and providing long lasting relief.
Relaxing Deep Tissue Massage Balm by The Natures Co
Do you ever felt that stress at the back of your neck at the end of a tiring day? I feel it all the time because of the number of hours I spend in front of the laptop. All that I need is a good back and a neck rub to help me relax and unwind. When I opened the jar of the Relaxing Deep Tissue Massage Balm by The Natures Co, lemongrass was the first fragrance I could smell. While it feels strong at first, you get used to the fragrance.
Lemongrass is known for its healing properties, especially for those achy joints! Since it is packed with natural ingredients, it is perfectly safe for use, even by pregnant women. Pregnancy brings with it a lot of aches and pain sometimes to accommodate the growing baby inside. Lethargy, fatigue, lack of sleep and backache are very common. When you are pregnant or have just had a baby, it is very important to stay away from products that are laden with chemicals as it can affect you and your new born.
While you can use this balm all thorough your pregnancy, The Nature’s Co shares that it is recommended that you DO NOT USE this balm for foot reflexology during the third trimester as it can cause contractions. Apply the balm very lightly and don’t massage it to relax those aching feet and pulled nerves.
The Relaxing Deep Tissue Massage Balm by The Natures Co is made from natural ingredients and completely chemical-free. Isn’t that what your body needs? Some pampering! Did I mention that it works wonderfully on the soles as well? Yes, dab a bit of this balm on the soles of your feet and massage in circular movements till the cream is absorbed. Wear a pair of old socks for some extra comfort and snuggle in the sheets to enjoy a restful night’s sleep!
