Prakriti Herbals Skin Care Kit {Product Review}

I have already reviewed the Hair Care Kit by Prakriti Herbals earlier and I have been able to see a considerate reduction in the itchy scalp and dandruff. I received the Prakriti Herbals Skin Care Kit along with the hair kit, but I took time to review this because I had a lot of products that were still in the process of getting over. This review has been really long overdue and Neeta, I hope I have made the wait worth it!

It has been about a month and a half that I have been using the skin care kit now. I have been using all the products as a part of my regime to see how well this works. Prakriti Herbals skin care kit consists of 4 products and two heart shaped strawberry soaps.
1. Strawberry Arnica Aloe Face Wash
2. Papaya Strawberry Aloevera Rejuvenating Pack
3. Rose Aloevera Soothing Gel
4. Walnut Wheatgerm Aloevera Exfoliating Pack
5. Two strawberry miniature soaps

The soaps have been hijacked by the boys and they smell berry berry nice after a bath!

While you can buy these products individually too, you also get hampers that I found to be not just economical, but taking care of the skin condition. I had mentioned that I am prone to a dry skin in the winters and Neeta suggested this hamper to me and it was sent for a review.

Strawberry Arnica Aloe Face Wash

If I told you that all you need is one drop of the face wash, would you believe me? Trust me that is the exact amount you need to clean your face. This is a very light face wash that needs to be used in absolutely small quantities. It does not lather much and it keeps your face really clean. I have a combination skin that tends to get on the dry in the winter and this face wash makes my skin feel a bit stretched and dry. This is a must have face wash for people with oily skin in the winters. It has an amazing berry fragrance that lasts for a really long time.

This product can be bought individually from Flipkart. Priced at INR 120 for a 60 ml tube, this face wash will certainly last a long time and if you are looking for more, then this product is available in 120 ml and 200 ml tubes too, which works out cheaper, but since a little quantity lasts a really long time, I happy with the 60 ml tubes!

Rose Aloe Vera Soothing Gel

I use this post the face wash to moisturise the skin. This can be used not just as a moisturiser but for various other purposes ranging from applying to small burns, nicks and wounds, the list is pretty endless. The aloe gel is easily absorbed into the skin leaving it hydrated. I also use this as a hand lotion to keep my hands soft and moisturised all day long.
There are two variants of the Aloe gel, the cucumber variant was a part of the hair care kit and the rose variant is a part of the skin care kit. Priced at INR 120, the rose gel aloe vera gel can bought individually from Flipkart. This product is also available in various sizes for purchase.

Papaya Strawberry Aloevera Rejuvenating Pack

A face pack always comes to the rescue when you want an instant glow to your face. This face pack lives up to the name and is absolutely refreshing and rejuvenating. You can use the pack as is or mix it with a bit of rose water to give it a thinner consistency or with the rose aloe gel and apply it on the face. Leave it on for about 5 minutes and wash off with cool water. It has a smooth consistency and it spreads well and dries quickly too. It has a nice refreshing fragrance that

Walnut Wheatgerm Exfoliating Face Scrub
