Mamaearth Travel Essentials Kit

April 11, 2017 By: Pratibha4 Comments

Mamaearth Travel Essentials Kit

When I come across a mum and baby brand that is completely safe & certified toxin free, I need to let my readers know about it. MamaEarth is a brand, by a parent, for the parent. One of the core aims of MamaEarth is to make products which are mum-baby friendly and toxin-free. MamaEarth includes a wide range of products including  sunscreen lotion and a insect repellent lotion which in on my next to buy list!

Mamaearth Travel Essentials Kit  – A review

So when I was sent the Mamaearth Travel Essentials Kit for a review, I knew I had to explore the products and let you all know more. As I mentioned, the kits contains all that you need to groom your little one. Let me give you a very quick review on each of the products that was sent in the kit. I have used each of these products on my very delighted twin boys who not just fell in love with the fragrance, but completely loved the pampering that came with it.

MamaEarth Soothing Massage Oil for Babies

Most of you know how biased I am to massage oils for babies, so my most favourite product in this kit is the massage oil which has just a hint of calming fragrance. It is a wonderful blend of sesame, coconut, jojoba, chamomile and olive oils with a hint of lavender. Yes, one of my favourite fragrances, lavender is known for its soothing properties and the calming effect it has. It is easily absorbed into the skin, leaving it really soft and supple. Needless to say it is nourishing as well.

MamaEarth Deeply Nourishing Body Wash for Babies + MamaEarth Gentle Cleansing Shampoo for Babies

Both these products are tear-free and made with coconut based cleansers. The shampoo has a hint of lavender while the body wash has a light orange fragrance that is very uplifting and very summery. It does not lather much, yet cleanses the body and hair gently. My favourite one is the body wash because of the lovely orange fragrance that it has.

MamaEarth Deeply Moisturising Daily Lotion for Babies

The lotion is very light and is easily absorbed by the skin. Leaves the tender skin nourished and hydrated for hours together. Its non greasy and the lingering fragrance of chamomile is relaxing and calming. As the product says, it provides a delicate and light blanket of moisture on the skin, keeping it nourished and hydrated. Shea butter and the almond oils protect the skin from dryness while the Vit E nourishes the skin.

Mamaearth Travel Essentials Kit – What’s in the kit?

Mamaearth Travel Essentials Kit

The travel kit contains travel or trial sized products of their best selling baby products – the shampoo, lotion, massage oil and a baby wash.  Packed in a plastic travel pouch, it contains just everything that you need to pamper your little one. Whether you are travelling or want to try their products, I would recommend giving this mini kit a try before you move on to the full sized products.

Priced at INR 399, you can buy this from Amazon India by clicking on this link. The products are free from the nasties that include parabens, sulphates, mineral oils, fragrances and more.

What’s the story of MamaEarth?

Ghazal and Varun were expecting their first child and wanted to be the best parents. Like most parents, they started a search for the best products that they can use for their child. That’s when they realised most of the commercially available products were full of toxins that was harmful for the tender skin. Very sure that they wanted to give their little one a chemical free life, they decided to start something on their own which was completely toxin free and natural.

The Mamaearth Travel Essentials Kit has everything that you want for grooming your little one. Just like most products, do try a patch test on your baby’s tender skin before you start using the products. A chemical free packed travel kit makes the perfect travel companion for your little one’s needs.
