Life Is An Ocean: Myriad Of Emotion
The easy to read book is all about the dilemmas we face in day to day life. Bullying, confrontations, embracing our imperfections, how to let go and live a guilt free life and more. This handy e-book is a mood uplifter in these unprecedented times. The topics are divided from A-Z and each topic has nuggets of information that you can apply in daily life. While most of us do, this e-book also comes as a reinforcement to what we should be doing.
One particular chapter that caught my attention was the Emotional Changes in Teens! As a mother to pre-teens (twins + boys!!), this came as a reinforcement to me on how to handle their emotions. Given the fact that they are away from physical schools, and cooped at home at regular intervals thanks to lockdown, it made me realize that they too were going through changes, which in some cases they were unable to express. The whole aspect of handling their emotions and what to expect is something that I am going to follow as a parent to ensure that there is no further emotional damage that they may have to undergo.
